How To Be Present

How to be present and aware in every moment is the best place to be in while your going about your day.

In this short article I will discuss how to achieve this with practice and awareness.

If you have been a student of law of attraction you know that everything you think and feel comes to you good or bad.




In knowing this we set out to think good positive thoughts throughout our day.

An easy way to do this is be be fully present to be aware of your feelings, your thoughts moods and emotions.

To Be present means knowing who you truly are in every moment.  You allow yourself to be happy and in joy about who you are and you exist in this vast universe and you are important.

When you focus on being present you monitor your thoughts, feelings and emotions.  You began to see your world for what it is a magical beautiful gift from the universe.  You began to feel confident and worthy of your success and happiness.

I just focus on being fully present by keeping my mind focus on this topic throughout my day.  I ask myself am I fully present of this moment.  You can tell if your are fully present by how you feel and the thoughts you hear yourself think.

It would help to just try to identify to yourself what is in your enviroment and what is going on and how do you feel about what is going on around you.  When you start to focus on being fully present it will become easier to do in the moment.

The best and easiest way I've found to accomplish this is by focusing on being happy.  To appreciate every moment and to look at everything that happens in your life as a gift and to ask the universe to tell you what does it mean.
